About the role

  • Strategic optimization: You will be responsible for continuously increasing the conversion rate across the entire funnel — from the first click on the landing page to the qualified lead inquiry
  • Hypothesis-driven testing: You will design, prioritize, and manage systematic A/B and multivariate tests to remove user friction and continuously improve lead quality
  • User experience & journey: In close collaboration with our website team, you will optimize landing pages and funnel logic to create a best-in-class user experience
  • Data-driven insights: You will use tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar to analyze user behavior in depth and derive data-backed recommendations to improve web performance
  • Stakeholder coordination: You will work closely with Performance Marketing to ensure that ad creatives and landing page experiences are perfectly aligned to sustainably reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
  • Innovation & trends: You will monitor trends in CRO and AI and translate them into concrete growth levers for 1KOMMA5°

Requirements

  • Several years of relevant professional experience in CRO, web analytics, or growth hacking — ideally with a focus on complex/technical products and lead generation (B2C)
  • University degree (e.g., Psychology, Business, Marketing, Computer Science) or a comparable qualification with a strong focus on data and user behavior
  • Deep understanding of A/B testing methodologies, statistical significance, and common testing and analytics tools
  • You love diving deep into data, can present complex relationships clearly, and derive clear priorities from them
  • You have a feel for sales psychology and know how to combine technical requirements with an intuitive user journey
  • You work proactively and independently and have the drive to actively contribute to the energy transition in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment
