About the role

  • You analyze operational metrics and drive data-driven improvements in the installation business
  • You develop a deep understanding of our ongoing installation and site processes
  • You identify, measure and prioritize optimization opportunities
  • You combine data from different sources and derive clear, actionable recommendations
  • You work closely with foremen, site managers and central teams, building collaborative, peer-level working relationships
  • You travel 1–2 times per month within Germany and Europe to understand on-site processes and implement improvements

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Computer Science or Engineering / Business Administration with a strong focus on computer science and data
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in Business Analysis, Operations, Data or a comparable environment
  • Highly developed analytical skills and strong affinity for data
  • Ability to structure complex topics and communicate them clearly
  • Ideally, practical experience in the trades (e.g., electrician, HVAC/plumbing or similar)
  • Fluent in German and English (C1 level)
  • Spanish is an additional plus
