About the role
- Support the rollout of digital solutions across international markets
- Conduct make-or-buy analyses by researching software solutions and comparing them to business requirements
- Develop and deliver training programs (e-learning, user guides, workshops) for employees using our proprietary software
- Serve as the first point of contact for software-related issues, assisting users in resolving product and technical problems
- Monitor software usage and analyze key performance metrics to identify technical bottlenecks and recommend targeted improvements
- Collaborate directly with Product, Sales, Operations, and Engineering teams to ensure our digital solutions meet local operational needs
- Manage independent projects from initial research through to final user onboarding
Requirements
- Currently enrolled at a German university in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a comparable degree program and able to contribute 20 hours per week
- Solution-oriented, analytical mindset with a proactive attitude
- Able to work independently on projects and tasks, take ownership, and demonstrate a passion for renewable energy
- Effective communicator who enjoys engaging with diverse stakeholders across regions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a strong drive to get things done
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides) and collaborative tools such as Miro and Notion
- Basic programming experience or a strong affinity for software systems is a plus
- Fluent in German and English (C1/C2)
