About the role

  • You identify process improvements and can implement them within a team, either under guidance or completely independently
  • You take ownership of projects and manage them from initial concept through to go-live
  • You help us technically expand and further develop the customer care system landscape with respect to automation and AI
  • You support service provider (vendor) management

Requirements

  • You are enrolled at a German university for at least two more semesters and can support us immediately for 15–20 hours per week
  • You already have initial experience in project and process management and can drive topics independently
  • You are communicative and empathetic and can convince people of your ideas
  • You don’t just work through tasks — you want to leave your personal mark
  • You speak fluent German and English
