About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Be the on-camera face of 16VC content
- Interview founders, builders, and startup operators
- Create short-form videos for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube
- Produce founder stories, startup insights, and educational content
- Cover founder fellowship sessions, startup events, and community activities
- Film, edit, and publish high-quality content
- Repurpose content across multiple platforms
- Experiment with new content formats and ideas
- Help grow the 16VC brand and founder community
Requirements
What you’ll need- Confident and comfortable on camera
- Strong storytelling and communication skills
- Experience creating video content for social media
- Basic video shooting and editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
- Passionate about startups, AI, technology, and entrepreneurship
- Self-motivated, creative, and excited to build something from the ground up
- Portfolio of videos or creator work is preferred
