About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, NDAs, and commercial agreements
- Support investment transactions, including term sheets, SAFE agreements, convertible notes, SPVs, shareholders' agreements, subscription agreements, and other legal documents
- Assist with legal due diligence, fund documentation, corporate governance, and compliance
- Coordinate with external legal counsel across multiple jurisdictions
- Conduct legal research and maintain legal records and documentation
- Support intellectual property, trademarks, and regulatory matters
- Assist with online reputation and brand protection, including fake profiles, impersonation, unauthorized content, defamation matters, and platform takedown requests
- Support legal needs for both the firm and portfolio companies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Law degree (LLB, JD, or equivalent)
- 2+ years of experience in corporate, startup, venture capital, private equity, or technology law
- Experience with investment documents, SPVs, fund documentation, or venture financing is preferred
- Strong drafting, research, communication, and organizational skills
- Fluent in English and comfortable working remotely
