About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build, and launch products from concept to production
Work closely with founders and stakeholders to identify user needs
Translate ideas and requirements into scalable software solutions
Build full-stack web applications and internal tools
Integrate AI models, APIs, databases, and third-party platforms
Rapidly prototype and validate new concepts
Improve usability, performance, security, and reliability
Own projects end-to-end and drive execution independently
Contribute to product strategy, user experience, and technical decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong software engineering fundamentals
Experience building and shipping production applications
Experience working across frontend and backend systems
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
Demonstrated ability to take projects from idea to launch
Product mindset with an interest in users, business problems, and outcomes
Experience with one or more of the following: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Python, Supabase, PostgreSQL, OpenAI APIs, AI agents and workflow automation, n8n, Make, or similar automation platforms, Cloud infrastructure and deployment platforms
