Manager, Revenue Growth Management

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and deploy cross-channel annual promotional strategy working closely with Sales and Finance teams
- Track promotional plan implementation and measure effectiveness (lift, ROI) while building repository of winning tactics
- Manage cross-channel trade budget overseeing pacing to plan; identify new opportunities to maximize investment returns in year
- Conduct periodic market assessments to evaluate category and competitor pricing trends and emerging opportunities
- Build RGM capabilities and leading material to drive upstream integration of best practices
- Conduct test & learn to identify and validate new growth tactics
- Build out pack price architecture roadmap to inform horizon II project pipeline
- Partner with Marketing and Sales on new item launches while informing optimal roll-out strategy
- Collaborate on FY budget planning and pricing / trade simulations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Finance, Sales Strategy, Planning, Operations, or similar
- A strong analytical mindset, an excellent understanding of P&L and key Revenue Growth levers to drive both top and bottom-line growth
- Experience with market intelligence and syndicated data systems (e.g., Circana)
- Excellent communication capabilities, ability to define and build sell-in materials
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
