About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute against brand operating plans
- Lead commercialization of innovation projects
- Assist in portfolio performance optimization and management of product assortment
- Utilize design thinking to put customers first
- Own artwork and visual design projects
- Partner with consumer insights to design and implement studies
- Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns
- Manage the budget, process POs, and be a steward of brand finances
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management
- Experience building collaborative partnerships across all levels of leadership and cross-functional partners
- Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Understanding the concepts of full product development and innovation philosophy
- Experience with IRI, Nielsen and Syndicated Retailer Data ideal
- Effective communication skills and comfortable with PPT.
