About the role

  • Build and activate our brands’ social media strategy, including but not limited to: Mapping out the cadence of content with go-live dates on quarterly calendars
  • Reviewing and providing feedback to creative partners (where applicable)
  • Copyediting for evergreen content
  • Sourcing Fan Reshares that feature our priority products for the quarter
  • Managing surprise & delight shipments and create a more formal surprise & delight strategy
  • Scheduling all content and posting live where applicable
  • Act as an in-house social creator, building content for our owned social channels
  • Develop creative and compelling social content primarily for the brands’ Tik Tok and Instagram handles including vertical video, GIFs and graphics tailored to each platform
  • Ensure alignment with brand voice, style and messaging guidelines
  • Create thumb stopping, engaging, fun, and informative content that ultimately grow our following by building brand awareness, and sales
  • Conceptualize, script, produce, and shoot short-form video content for our social channels, primarily TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube
  • Spearhead brand’s influencer strategy and execution
  • Contact and respond to top-tier influencers, partners, and creators across priority platforms in a timely manner to fuel the brand’s creator program
  • Build briefs for influencer content, provide feedback, and review outputs
  • Act as a community manager for the brand across social channels
  • Monitor, track, and report on consumer feedback in social media and create reports to share cross-functionally
  • Manage reactive escalations and proactive engagement
  • Lead maintenance of community management playbook to ensure it stays fresh and brand-relevant
  • Own trendspotting and competitive tracking
  • Identify new areas of opportunity for social innovation specifically on Instagram and Tik Tok, continuously seeking ways to enhance each brands’ social media presence

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience with a proven track record of growing personal or brand TikTok and Instagram
  • Video production experience – you’re intimately familiar with in-app creator tools across social platforms and know your way around a video editing software like Adobe Premiere
  • Experience with video editing platforms such as CapCut, InShot, Canva Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Must be comfortable with UGC photography / filming / editing and being on camera
  • Trend savvy with a deep understanding of social trends, viral audios, slang, etc.
  • Experience in monitoring and reporting social media metrics and leveraging software tools (I.e. Later)
  • Experience with influencer campaign management – from identification to content creation
