About the role

  • Manage day-to-day supplier operations: onboarding, updates, troubleshooting.
  • Act as a bridge between suppliers, internal teams, and customers to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Identify and solve operational challenges with a pragmatic, decision-oriented approach.
  • Ensure accuracy of product, content, and data across platforms.
  • Monitor performance KPIs and provide actionable recommendations for improvements.
  • Support cross-functional projects to improve efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in **Operations, Account Management, Customer Support, or Business Development**
  • Strong **problem-solving and decision-making skills** — able to act quickly and confidently under pressure.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate between multiple stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with tools like Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with CRM/ERP systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English; additional regional languages (Lao, Khmer) are a plus.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple priorities, solve problems independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and coordinating across markets.

  • Experience in **travel or tourism operations**, online marketplaces, or supplier management platforms.
  • Familiarity with **regional market dynamics** in Southeast Asia.
