About the role
- Define and execute the strategy to improve customer repeat rate:
- - Expand into new target markets, with a focus on domestic and regional travelers.
- - Design and implement loyalty-driven mechanics to foster repeat behavior.
- Lead the Revenue Management track:
- - Scale our dynamic pricing tool and evolve pricing optimization.
- - Identify, validate, and launch new revenue streams and optimize existing ones.
- Set clear objectives, build and prioritize roadmaps, and drive product initiatives from concept to launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Data, Design, Marketing, Supply) to deliver impactful solutions.
- Define and drive KPIs across retention, revenue, and customer engagement; apply insights to continuously refine strategy.
- Champion experimentation and A/B testing as a driver of growth and decision-making.
Requirements
- Advanced level of English.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager.
- Strong background in customer retention, monetization, or revenue management.
- Ability to define and deliver strategic roadmaps with measurable business impact.
- Solid analytical skills; confident working with SQL or similar tools to deep dive into data.
- Self-organized, with strong prioritization and time management.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

- Experience in OTA / e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of loyalty programs, subscription models, or gamification mechanics.
- Familiarity with pricing optimization and revenue management tools.
- Exposure to Machine Learning applications in pricing or personalization.
