About the role

  • Define and execute the strategy to improve customer repeat rate:
  • - Expand into new target markets, with a focus on domestic and regional travelers.
  • - Design and implement loyalty-driven mechanics to foster repeat behavior.
  • Lead the Revenue Management track:
  • - Scale our dynamic pricing tool and evolve pricing optimization.
  • - Identify, validate, and launch new revenue streams and optimize existing ones.
  • Set clear objectives, build and prioritize roadmaps, and drive product initiatives from concept to launch.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Data, Design, Marketing, Supply) to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Define and drive KPIs across retention, revenue, and customer engagement; apply insights to continuously refine strategy.
  • Champion experimentation and A/B testing as a driver of growth and decision-making.

Requirements

  • Advanced level of English.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager.
  • Strong background in customer retention, monetization, or revenue management.
  • Ability to define and deliver strategic roadmaps with measurable business impact.
  • Solid analytical skills; confident working with SQL or similar tools to deep dive into data.
  • Self-organized, with strong prioritization and time management.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

  • Experience in OTA / e-commerce platforms.
  • Knowledge of loyalty programs, subscription models, or gamification mechanics.
  • Familiarity with pricing optimization and revenue management tools.
  • Exposure to Machine Learning applications in pricing or personalization.
