About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to real estate advisory, market analysis, property management, regulations, and practical aspects of real estate work
- Evaluate AI responses for technical accuracy, practicality, and compliance with real-world requirements
- Draft realistic real estate scenarios based on your direct professional experience
- Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. real estate consultant, client, investor, property manager)
- Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated real estate content
Requirements
What you’ll need- A senior-level real estate expert with significant professional experience within the EU or UK
- Experienced in advising on, developing, and executing real estate projects and documentation
- Skilled at evaluating project workflows, technical requirements, and compliance
- Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback
- Available for 8–20 hours per week, with prompt availability
