Key responsibilities & impact- Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to transformation program management, change leadership, process optimization, and practical aspects of driving organizational change
- Evaluate AI responses for business accuracy, practicality, and compliance with real-world transformation requirements
- Draft realistic transformation scenarios based on your direct professional experience
- Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. program manager, executive sponsor, cross-functional lead, or stakeholder)
- Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated business content
Requirements
What you’ll need- A senior-level transformation program manager with significant professional experience within the EU or UK
- Experienced in designing, managing, and delivering strategic transformation initiatives in complex organizations
- Skilled at evaluating program processes, business requirements, and organizational dynamics
- Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback
- Available for 8–20 hours per week, with prompt availability.
