Talent Acquisition / Recruiter – AI Trainer

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review and refine AI-generated outputs on topics like sourcing, recruitment strategy, hiring processes, talent pipeline management, and candidate experience
- Evaluate AI responses for commercial realism, compliance, and recruitment best practices
- Draft realistic recruitment scenarios or case studies based on your direct hiring experience
- Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. recruiter, hiring manager, candidate, executive)
- Identify gaps, flawed assumptions, or weak logic in AI-generated recruitment content
Requirements
What you’ll need- A senior recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, talent lead, or similar
- Several years of hands-on recruitment or talent acquisition experience, ideally in fast-scaling or complex hiring environments
- Strong at assessing recruitment logic, soundness, and real-world viability
- Comfortable working independently and providing sharp, structured feedback
- Available for 8–20 hours per week, with near-term availability
