About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Review and refine AI-generated outputs on topics like sourcing, recruitment strategy, hiring processes, talent pipeline management, and candidate experience
Evaluate AI responses for commercial realism, compliance, and recruitment best practices
Draft realistic recruitment scenarios or case studies based on your direct hiring experience
Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. recruiter, hiring manager, candidate, executive)
Identify gaps, flawed assumptions, or weak logic in AI-generated recruitment content

Requirements

What you’ll need

A senior recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, talent lead, or similar
Several years of hands-on recruitment or talent acquisition experience, ideally in fast-scaling or complex hiring environments
Strong at assessing recruitment logic, soundness, and real-world viability
Comfortable working independently and providing sharp, structured feedback
Available for 8–20 hours per week, with near-term availability
