About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Review and refine AI-generated outputs on topics like sourcing, recruitment strategy, hiring processes, talent pipeline management, and candidate experience
  • Evaluate AI responses for commercial realism, compliance, and recruitment best practices
  • Draft realistic recruitment scenarios or case studies based on your direct hiring experience
  • Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. recruiter, hiring manager, candidate, executive)
  • Identify gaps, flawed assumptions, or weak logic in AI-generated recruitment content

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A senior recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, talent lead, or similar
  • Several years of hands-on recruitment or talent acquisition experience, ideally in fast-scaling or complex hiring environments
  • Strong at assessing recruitment logic, soundness, and real-world viability
  • Comfortable working independently and providing sharp, structured feedback
  • Available for 8–20 hours per week, with near-term availability
