About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to organisational change, turnaround strategies, implementation requirements, and practical aspects of change management
- Evaluate AI responses for practical relevance, compliance, and real-world effectiveness
- Draft realistic turnaround and change scenarios based on your direct professional experience
- Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. consultant, client, leadership, or stakeholder)
- Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated organisational content
Requirements
What you’ll need- A senior-level turnaround/change consultant with significant professional experience within the EU or UK
- Experienced in advising on, planning, and executing change or turnaround strategies and projects
- Skilled at evaluating organisational processes, requirements, and compliance
- Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback
- Available for 8–20 hours per week, with prompt availability
