About the role

  • Review and refine AI-generated content related to employment law, workplace policies, and HR regulations
  • Assess the accuracy, clarity, and compliance of AI outputs with relevant EU/UK employment laws and best practices
  • Create and enhance realistic employment scenarios, covering onboarding, disciplinary actions, contracts, compliance, and dispute resolution
  • Generate scenario variations from multiple perspectives, such as legal counsel, HR professionals, and business stakeholders
  • Identify legal reasoning gaps, potential compliance risks, or improvement areas in AI handling of employment law matters
  • Support the development of practical AI-powered tools for HR documentation and employment compliance

Requirements

  • Experienced professionals in employment law, HR compliance, workplace policy, or labor regulations (EU/UK focus a plus)
  • Backgrounds in legal consulting, in-house counsel, HR legal advisory, or compliance roles are welcome
  • Skilled at reviewing legal and employment documents for compliance, accuracy, and enforceability
  • Available for 8–20 hours per week and able to start promptly
  • Comfortable with remote, freelance work
