About the role

  • Review and refine AI generated responses related to surgical decision making and perioperative care
  • Evaluate outputs for clinical accuracy, procedural realism and patient safety considerations
  • Draft realistic surgical scenarios such as pre operative risk assessment, intraoperative decision points, complication management or post operative care planning
  • Create variations of the same case from different perspectives such as surgeon, anaesthetist, surgical resident, hospital administrator or patient
  • Identify unsafe recommendations, flawed clinical logic or unrealistic procedural assumptions

Requirements

  • A licensed surgeon in any recognised specialty
  • Based in the EU or UK
  • With several years of post qualification surgical experience
  • Experienced in managing complex surgical cases, complications and multidisciplinary decision making
  • Comfortable identifying unsafe guidance, incomplete risk assessments and weak clinical reasoning
  • Available 8 to 20 hours per week
  • Able to start in the coming weeks
