About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review and refine AI-generated responses and outputs related to account management scenarios
- Evaluate outputs for accuracy, relevance to business needs, and real-world applicability
- Draft realistic account management case studies, including client communications, solution recommendations, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management
- Assess AI reasoning in areas such as client engagement, account growth strategies, and relationship development
- Identify gaps or misinterpretations in proposed strategies or communications
- Create variations on scenarios from multiple perspectives, such as client, account manager, or team lead
Requirements
What you’ll need- An experienced account manager, client success professional, or business relationship expert
- Based in the EU or UK
- Several years of experience managing accounts, driving retention, or consulting for clients in a professional context
- Experienced with client management tools, strategies, and industry best practices
- Comfortable identifying unrealistic assumptions or communication issues
- Available 8 to 20 hours per week
- Able to start in the coming weeks
