  • Review and refine AI-generated responses and outputs related to account management scenarios
  • Evaluate outputs for accuracy, relevance to business needs, and real-world applicability
  • Draft realistic account management case studies, including client communications, solution recommendations, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management
  • Assess AI reasoning in areas such as client engagement, account growth strategies, and relationship development
  • Identify gaps or misinterpretations in proposed strategies or communications
  • Create variations on scenarios from multiple perspectives, such as client, account manager, or team lead

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • An experienced account manager, client success professional, or business relationship expert
  • Based in the EU or UK
  • Several years of experience managing accounts, driving retention, or consulting for clients in a professional context
  • Experienced with client management tools, strategies, and industry best practices
  • Comfortable identifying unrealistic assumptions or communication issues
  • Available 8 to 20 hours per week
  • Able to start in the coming weeks
