Key responsibilities & impact- Review, refine, and improve AI-generated responses on topics such as M&A, strategy, due diligence, market analysis, financial modeling, and corporate structuring
- Assess AI outputs for analytical rigor, actionable insights, and industry alignment
- Draft realistic corporate scenarios (e.g., acquisition targets, synergy assessments, integration planning, competitive market entries)
- Create scenario variations from perspectives such as acquirer, target, board member, investor, or analyst
- Identify and explain inconsistencies or weaknesses in assumptions, business logic, or strategic recommendations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experienced corporate development, M&A, or strategy professional based in the EU or UK
- Strong track record in deal evaluation, market research, and financial analysis
- Skilled at reviewing business cases, synergy proposals, and critical assumptions
- Familiar with best practices in integration, due diligence, and governance
- Available 8–20 hrs/week, able to start soon
