About the role

  • Review and refine AI-generated responses related to corporate finance, M&A, capital markets, and financial advisory
  • Evaluate outputs for financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and real-world applicability
  • Draft realistic corporate finance scenarios, including transaction structuring, due diligence, valuation, and cross-border deals
  • Assess AI reasoning on financial analysis, risk management, modeling, and reporting
  • Identify gaps, misinterpretations, or unrealistic assumptions in financial advice or modeling
  • Create variations of scenarios from the perspective of different stakeholders, such as CFO, advisor, board member, or investor

Requirements

  • A corporate finance advisor, M&A specialist, financial analyst, or similar professional
  • Based in the EU or UK
  • With several years of experience in financial advisory, corporate finance, or investment analysis
  • Experienced with financial modeling, deal structuring, market analysis, and regulatory environments
  • Comfortable identifying flaws, unrealistic assumptions, or compliance risks in financial scenarios
  • Available 8 to 20 hours per week
  • Able to start in the coming weeks
