About the role
- Review and improve AI-generated content on themes such as business turnarounds, change management strategies, organizational restructuring, and process optimization
- Assess content for accuracy, practicality, and alignment with industry standards
- Draft realistic case studies reflecting scenarios like post-merger integration, cultural transformation, crisis management, and change resistance
- Design scenario variations from the perspectives of executives, managers, HR leads, employees, consultants, or board members
- Identify flawed assumptions, incomplete change plans, or adverse stakeholder impacts
Requirements
- Turnaround specialists, change management consultants, transformation leads, or organizational development experts
- Based in the EU or UK
- Experienced with turnaround strategy, organizational change, crisis intervention, or project recovery
- Skilled at diagnosing change failures, process inefficiencies, or cultural misalignments
- Available 8–20 hours per week, with immediate or upcoming availability
