About the role
- Review and improve AI-generated responses on topics including pension schemes, retirement planning, and regulatory frameworks
- Evaluate outputs for technical accuracy, actuarial soundness, and regulatory compliance
- Draft realistic pension scenarios such as defined benefit and defined contribution scheme design, funding deficits, cross-border transfers, actuarial assumptions, and trustee governance
- Create scenario variations from perspectives such as trustee, employer sponsor, actuary, regulator, or beneficiary
- Identify gaps in funding logic, longevity assumptions, regulatory interpretations, or risk management techniques
Requirements
- Pension professionals: actuaries, consultants, trustee advisers, scheme managers, or retirement consultants
- Based in the EU or UK
- Experienced in pension scheme design, funding, actuarial analysis, governance, or regulation
- Knowledgeable about defined benefit and defined contribution plans and EU/UK regulatory frameworks
- Skilled at identifying flawed assumptions, weak actuarial logic, or unrealistic benefit projections
- Available 8–20 hours per week, with potential to start within a few weeks
