Align frameworks with EU regulatory standards like NIS2 and DORA
Create performance dashboards and executive communication frameworks

Requirements

7+ years experience in cybersecurity leadership roles
Proven experience designing and implementing security programs in scaling environments
Deep knowledge of risk management and control frameworks
Experience with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and enterprise customer security requirements
Ability to operate at executive and board level
Strong technical fluency combined with strategic judgment
