About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Write advertising copy (Meta, LinkedIn, Google) – hooks, headlines, ad copy
  • Draft social media captions and email copy
  • Maintain editorial calendars and coordinate content
  • Edit texts and deliver quality-checked copy – not raw AI output
  • Create and maintain tasks in the project management tool and track progress
  • Keep deadlines in sight and ensure nothing is left unfinished
  • Secure client approvals: draft emails, document feedback, and follow up on responses
  • Prepare and follow up on recurring meetings (Jour Fixe)
  • Write follow-up emails and coordination/meeting summaries
  • Serve as the main contact for ongoing projects – reliable, solution-oriented, professional

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Evident strength in writing – fluent, clear, audience-appropriate language; a good sense for tone and impact
  • Experience in marketing or communications – ideally from an agency, company, or as a freelancer (3+ years)
  • Reliability – you deliver what you commit to; deadlines are binding
  • Independent working style – you don’t require micromanagement; you ask focused questions when unclear
  • Professional client communication – via email and in alignment meetings
  • Structured organization – you maintain oversight across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Confident use of AI tools – use them as aids, review and refine their output and/or a willingness to continually develop in this area
  • Nice-to-have: experience with Productive, HubSpot; B2B background
