About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform functional and non-functional testing: Plan and execute test cases for our cloud-based web app and mobile features, focusing on risk-based, exploratory, and regression testing.
Bug Prevention & Identification: Collaborate with product, design, and developer teams early in the process to identify potential issues, documenting bugs thoroughly in Jira.
Process Improvement: Regularly review existing testing procedures, propose enhancements, and help shape our overall QA strategy and maintain documentation in Confluence.
API Testing: Use Postman and Swagger to validate API endpoints, ensuring seamless integration across front-end and back-end components.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ Years of QA Experience: Hands-on experience in manual testing.
Analytical Mindset: Capable of digging into issues to find root causes and not just symptoms.
Collaboration Skills: Comfortable partnering with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and ensure software reliability.
Adaptability & Curiosity: Excited to explore AI in your everyday tasks, learn new methods, tools, and technologies within or outside QA sphere.
Great communication skills in both English and Lithuanian.
Bonus points if you have:
Experience in test automation.
Programming skills and networking knowledge.
Hands-on experience with AI tools like "Cursor" and "Copilot".
Familiarity with databases such as MySQL.
Experience in mobile testing.
