Welcome to JobTailor Chrome Extension (“Extension”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Extension. By installing or using the Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use JobTailor.

2. Description of Service

JobTailor helps you streamline the job application process by autofilling online forms, generating AI-powered resumes and cover letters tailored to each job description, and tracking your application status across various job boards.

3. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for your personal and non-commercial job application activities.

4. User Conduct

• Lawful Use: You agree to use the Extension in compliance with applicable laws and job board terms.
• No Abuse: You will not misuse the Extension to spam employers, scrape data unlawfully, or harass recruiters.
• Accountability: You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you provide or generate via the Extension.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Extension, including its code, design, and AI-generated templates, are owned by JobTailor or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, PERFORMANCE, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY AI-GENERATED DOCUMENTS OR FORM FILLING.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOBTAILOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE EXTENSION.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JobTailor and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Extension or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Extension at any time for breach of these Terms or for any reason without notice. On termination, your license ends and you must remove the Extension from your browser.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will post changes here with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
