• Lead all operational and enhancement aspects of IT Service Operation Management in HKEX.
• Enforce strong controls around incident, problem, change, configuration, release, asset and account management processes.
• Ensure IT Service Operation Management is integrated effectively with the broader IT Division's functions to ensure seamless experience and capability delivered to Business and IT stakeholders.

• Develop a future-state operating model integrating data-driven service insights, AIOps, agentic AI and predictive analytics.
• Accountable for Financial and Cost Management aspects of the function, including IT Budget, reforecasting, Headcount, CAPEX, and OPEX tracking.
• Coach and motivate diverse team members to maximize effectiveness while enhancing interactions, harmony and synergy.
• Advocate security and governance mindset on everything we do to achieve a well-controlled operation.

IT Service Operation Management Lead – Technology Service Management

• Oversee full-stack delivery across CMS, APIs, and frontend platforms.
• Ensure integration, performance, and security across the entire application stack.
• Review and approve end-to-end solutions covering frontend, backend, CMS, and integrations.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of corporate website initiatives, including planning, execution, and production rollout.
• Manage system integrators and vendors across development and support engagements.
• Gather and translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Oversee SIT, UAT, performance, and Operation Acceptance testing.
• Lead and coordinate incident response activities, including impact assessment, workaround identification, and service restoration within defined SLA targets.
• Work closely with business, UX/UI, infrastructure, and security teams.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking.
• Ensure complete system and operational documentation.

Assistant Vice President – Senior Systems Development Manager, Listing and Corporate Systems, IT

• Lead solution architecture and system design for high-availability, high-throughput post-trade platforms and services.
• Take full ownership and accountability for delivery across the SDLC (requirements, design, development, testing, and implementation); manage delivery across complex stakeholder groups.
• Drive parallel delivery across multiple workstreams by planning, prioritising, and coordinating resources across internal teams and vendors where applicable.
• Provide engineering leadership on modern backend practices (microservices, cloud/container, messaging/streaming) and enforce coding, security, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technology and business teams to translate requirements into robust technical designs and implementation approaches.
• Manage production support of mission-critical system, lead production incident and problem management (investigation, resolution, root cause analysis and prevention) and drive continuous improvement for stability and performance.

Vice President – Post-Trade Systems, IT

• Approve and supervise all types of transaction processing to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency.
• Monitor daily transaction flows, manage currency and system cut-off times, and oversee pooling operations.
• Manage transaction volume variations, processing risks, and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and investigate suspicious transactions to prevent payment fraud and report findings to the Anti-Money Laundering Officer (AMLO).
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of regulatory and financial reporting.
• Maintain proper custody of customer agreements and related documents.
• Lead system development and enhancement projects to improve processing capabilities and straight-through processing (STP) ratios.
• Formulate and regularly review operational procedures to enhance productivity and risk management.
