Senior UX Researcher

• Take ownership of end-to-end research studies, including scoping, participant recruitment, methodology selection, facilitation, and analysis, across the full product lifecycle.
• Frame research questions that address product uncertainties and business goals in collaboration with product, design, engineering, and growth.
• Contribute to roadmap planning by surfacing user needs, pain points, and opportunity areas grounded in data.
• Conduct mixed-methods research (e.g., interviews, usability tests, surveys, field studies, A/B testing, etc.) and synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights.
• Support product teams with rapid evaluative testing, continuous discovery practices, and post-launch learnings.
• Partner with data analysts and designers to triangulate findings and ensure insights reflect user behavior, attitudes, and context.
• Translate insights into frameworks, personas, journey maps, or recommendations that support product decisions and roadmap prioritization.
• Present findings clearly and persuasively to cross-functional teams, fostering a shared understanding of user needs.
• Work closely with design, product, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure user insights are integrated into design and business processes.

UX Researcher

• Drive the end-to-end UX research practice for a complex product portfolio

Lead UX Researcher

• Work cross‑functionally across design, product management, engineering, and marketing to understand gaps and needs, and plan and execute user research that generates useful insights
• Develop an informed view of our customers and end users and their experiences
• Help our product design, engineering and business teams explore new opportunities, evaluate current products, and further unlock the potential of our existing software and app-based experiences
• Organize and execute research projects using a variety of lab‑based and field research methods, with an emphasis on evaluative studies such as usability tests, concept validation, and iterative product assessments
• Facilitate workshops and moderate user research / evaluation, particularly hands‑on testing of software and app prototypes
• Create, maintain, and update tools that leverage insights (personas, experience maps, service design blueprints, and similar) for use in product and design discussions
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to turn research and testing findings into clear, actionable insights
• Execute toward a holistic end-to-end user experience approach that extends beyond the product and software use

• Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of UX research projects in collaboration with the client team
• Contribute to the development of the operating model for the UX research practice within the business unit
• Champion design thinking and human-centered design practices
• Analyze research data leveraging a variety of methods to reveal trends and insights that will inform product decisions
• Develop and conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies, including user interviews, surveys, usability tests, and ethnographic research

• Coordinating work with the point of contact in the UX Research team, the rest of the team, and stakeholders to drive and support research projects.
• Supporting the UX Research point of contact in scoping projects as requested (e.g., to determine project goals, methodologies, logistics, and timelines).
• Developing an understanding of the product, its context, and the research objectives.
• Coordinating with UX Research point of contact to manage and execute all phases of the research process, including creating materials, coordinating research operations, overseeing participant recruitment/survey distribution, scheduling and running research sessions (using interpretation support when appropriate) or data collection, and doing analysis and report-writing.
• Delivering comprehensive research results, translating findings into actionable insights that can inform product and decisions.
• Communicating research findings and recommendations to stakeholders in clear and compelling ways.
