User Researcher

• Run UX research across Tether's consumer and developer products: Keet, QVAC Workbench, Tether Wallet, developer portals, and more
• Identify UX best practices and emerging patterns across each product category
• Research competitors and adjacent products to surface how others are solving comparable problems, and where the gaps are
• Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for product designers and product managers
• Partner with product teams across all four pillars (Stable Finance, Stable Intelligence, Stable Power, Stable Communications) to inform decisions at every stage of the product lifecycle
• Build and maintain a research repository so insights compound over time and are reusable across teams
• Tailor methods to each product qualitative, quantitative, lightweight, deep whatever the question actually needs
