User Researcher

• Take ownership of end-to-end research studies, including scoping, participant recruitment, methodology selection, facilitation, and analysis, across the full product lifecycle.
• Frame research questions that address product uncertainties and business goals in collaboration with product, design, engineering, and growth.
• Contribute to roadmap planning by surfacing user needs, pain points, and opportunity areas grounded in data.
• Conduct mixed-methods research (e.g., interviews, usability tests, surveys, field studies, A/B testing, etc.) and synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights.
• Support product teams with rapid evaluative testing, continuous discovery practices, and post-launch learnings.
• Partner with data analysts and designers to triangulate findings and ensure insights reflect user behavior, attitudes, and context.
• Translate insights into frameworks, personas, journey maps, or recommendations that support product decisions and roadmap prioritization.
• Present findings clearly and persuasively to cross-functional teams, fostering a shared understanding of user needs.
• Work closely with design, product, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure user insights are integrated into design and business processes.

UX Researcher

• Assist in planning, leading and formulating user-centered design strategies and solutions for experiences and initiatives using insights and inputs gathered from moderately complex profile research projects, psychology and user experience (UX) best practices
• Serve as a change agent, looking for new ways to solve moderately complex problems
• Work cross-functionally to conduct research and perform analysis to uncover opportunities and formulate innovative solutions that deliver value and create exceptional experiences
• Work under limited supervision from higher level peers and/or leadership on moderately complex projects and analysis
• Exercise judgement within defined procedures and practices

UX Researcher II

• Coordinating work with the point of contact in the UX Research team, the rest of the team, and stakeholders to drive and support research projects.
• Supporting the UX Research point of contact in scoping projects as requested (e.g., to determine project goals, methodologies, logistics, and timelines).
• Developing an understanding of the product, its context, and the research objectives.
• Coordinating with UX Research point of contact to manage and execute all phases of the research process, including creating materials, coordinating research operations, overseeing participant recruitment/survey distribution, scheduling and running research sessions (using interpretation support when appropriate) or data collection, and doing analysis and report-writing.
• Delivering comprehensive research results, translating findings into actionable insights that can inform product and decisions.
• Communicating research findings and recommendations to stakeholders in clear and compelling ways.
