• Own the net-new and expansion revenue targets for DeepL’s Language & Translation portfolio across the region.
• Act as the strategic overlay on complex, high-value enterprise accounts, building robust pipelines in collaboration with regional GTM teams.
• Engage confidently with Localization Program Managers, Language Operations Leads, IT Architects, and Procurement stakeholders.
• Uncover customer pain points around content volumes, TMS setups, and Translation Service Provider (LSP) relationships, translating them into high-value commercial proposals.
• Build and deliver the commercial "before-and-after" narrative.
• Demonstrate the hard ROI of transitioning from manual-heavy, fragmented localization states to a streamlined, DeepL-centric future that delivers massive efficiency gains.
• Serve as the commercial quarterback, aligning Pre-Sales, Product, Legal, and Security teams to accelerate the sales cycle.
• Confidently handle high-level positioning on data privacy, security posture, and compliance architecture to navigate risk-averse IT and procurement hurdles.
• Develop regional playbooks, value-selling frameworks, and ROI models to upskill the broader GTM team on language technology.
• Feed structured market and competitive insights back to Product and Engineering to influence our enterprise roadmap.

Global Sales Specialist – Language & Translation

• Assist Vice President of Bible Translation in all areas related to successful implementation and completion of translation projects.
• Perform exegetical checking of back translations from BLI projects.
• Participate in the exegetical checking procedures with translators.
• Assist in the planning and organization of translation projects.
• Assist in recruiting and training new project teams.
• Assist in field-testing new translations.
• Assist in the development and revision of resources for translators.
• Write articles on translation related subjects for publication (academic or otherwise).
• Travel as necessary to fulfill the above responsibilities. International travel required between 10%-15% of the year.
• Domestic travel is anticipated.
• Review the content of Scripture-based materials and participate in the creation of these materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Associate Translation Consultant – Old Testament Specialist

• Interpreting for treatment sessions and evaluations
• Provide accurate, high-quality interpretation services under pressure
• Access reference material needed for interpretation duties
• Translate material from one language to another
• Maintain good interpersonal relationships
• Observe patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines

Bilingual Aide/Interpreter, Spanish and English

• Translate member materials from English to Spanish using computer-aided translation (CAT) software
• Adjust translation as needed to convey the style, tone, and intent of the text
• Ensure that translations properly convey meaning and adhere to reading level requirements
• Ensure translated materials are consistent with brand and style guidelines
• Provide proofreading and editing as needed to support the quality and accuracy of translated documents
• Collaborate with copywriters, graphic designers, project managers, and reviewers
• Request clarification if there is any ambiguity in the source text
• Balance time-sensitive deadline submissions with longer-term project deadlines
