Trainer

• Develop and deliver technical training programs for field technicians
• Ensure competency in commercial HVAC/R systems, refrigeration technologies, and compliance standards
• Support technician development, operational consistency, and safety across the organization
• Deliver structured training programs for new hires and existing technicians
• Conduct ride-alongs, field coaching, and hands-on training sessions
• Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, and technical guides
• Ensure compliance with EPA, safety, and company standards
• Evaluate technician performance and identify skill gaps
• Provide ongoing support for troubleshooting and advanced diagnostics
• Stay current with emerging HVAC/R technologies and refrigerant regulations
