Threat Intelligence Specialist

• Provide high level security system analysis including proactive policy evaluation and tuning.
• Lead the research and resolution of complex and/or escalations issues, including technical troubleshooting calls with Customer/other Verizon teams.
• Manage complex changes and vendor interaction.
• Creation of security documentation, including policies, procedures, training documents playbooks and operations manuals.
• Liaise with Verizon and customer’s senior management and other Verizon teams on service improvement initiatives.
• Provide mentorship and team lead functions, including supervision of staff, escalation management, and performance appraisal contributions.

Public Sector Threat Hunter

• Proactively hunt for threats using SIEM, IDS/IPS, and threat intelligence to identify indicators of compromise and anomalous behavior
• Analyze security alerts, logs, and telemetry data to detect emerging attack patterns and support incident investigations
• Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify weaknesses and validate exploitability
• Collaborate with SOC teams to refine alerting logic and improve incident response workflows
• Develop and enhance security use cases aligned to the MITRE ATT&CK framework
• Partner with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams to prioritize remediation efforts based on risk and business impact

Cyber Security Threat Hunter

• Lead open source analysis for CSIS investigations involving fraud, cyber, insider, and other security threats
• Use advanced techniques to monitor threats and collect data from multiple open sources, including social media, the deep and the dark web
• Apply advanced qualitative and quantitative analytical methodologies to turn information and data into actionable intelligence
• Anticipate, identify and develop innovative solutions to intelligence gaps
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders on open source methodologies and tools
• Deliver analysis and findings in the form of high quality, succinct, and straightforward written products and oral briefings
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a proactive, self-motivated approach

Intelligence Analyst

• Lead proactive cyber threat hunting, vulnerability analysis, and detection engineering efforts across enterprise and cloud environments.
• Perform and support penetration testing activities, including coordination with internal teams and third-party vendors, validation of findings, and translation of results into actionable remediation and detection improvements.
• Analyze vulnerability scan results, pen test reports, and threat intelligence to prioritize risk and drive remediation based on exploitability and business impact.
• Develop and maintain security detections, analytics, and use cases aligned to the MITRE ATT&CK framework, informed by real-world attack techniques and testing outcomes.
• Monitor and analyze endpoint, network, and cloud security telemetry to establish baselines, identify anomalous behavior, and detect adversary techniques.
• Partner with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to remediate vulnerabilities, validate fixes, and embed secure-by-design practices into systems and CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in incident response activities, including root cause analysis, post-incident reviews, and improvements to controls, detections, and testing strategies.

Senior Cyber Threat Hunter

• Plays a critical role in U.S. Bank’s compliance with regulatory requirements under sections 314(a) and 314(b) of the USA PATRIOT Act
• Responsible for managing regulatory information sharing requests and responses
• Reviewing subpoenas related to potential money laundering
• Analyzing Investigative Referral Forms for indications of money laundering or terrorist financing
• Addresses fraud-related matters and conducts reviews involving Elder and Vulnerable Adult Financial Exploitation (EVAFE), including coordinating with Adult Protective Services when appropriate

Human Intelligence Analyst

• Each Intelligence Analyst works as part of a DarkTower Intelligence Cell and is responsible for providing open source cyber intelligence to our clients, based on collection topics and strategies determined to be most relevant to their brand.
• Demonstrate research, analytical and communication skills by effectively identifying potential threats, determining levels of risk, and producing actionable intelligence reports for a variety of audiences.
• Leverage professional presentation skills by reviewing/presenting information in front of team members and company leadership.
• Translate technical indicators into layperson’s terms.
• Work closely with other areas of the intelligence team when serious threats are identified to identify appropriate solutions.
• Passionate about technology and identifying threats, able to learn new investigative techniques and technical solutions rapidly.

• Reviewing and tracking detected events to identify new exploits, threats and mitigation strategies, and enforce incident reporting standards.

• Analyzing threats and vulnerabilities to determine their impact to the bank's operations.
• Assisting with investigations and eDiscovery efforts involving court-proven forensic processes and technologies.
