• Utilize our advanced collaboration portal to connect with students, providing them with the support they need.
• Work closely with campus treatment providers, supervisors, and peers to ensure cohesive care.
• Maintain timely and precise records of all clinical interactions to ensure continuity of care.
• Partner with our administrative support team to enhance overall student care, from initial outreach to resource provision.
• Collaborate with leadership during critical patient scenarios to ensure the best outcomes.
• Become an expert in our unique care model, enabling you to effectively support college students and continually refine your therapeutic skills.

Mental Health Therapist

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of behavioral, emotional, and mental health needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with client goals
• Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy using modalities such as CBT and DBT
• Deliver care both onsite and virtually in alignment with the hybrid care model
• Track client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment outcomes
• Work collaboratively with Primary care physicians, psychiatrists, social workers, case managers, and other healthcare professionals
• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in acute distress
• Educate clients and families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies

• Provide high quality, innovative, tele-therapy to Headspace patients over a HIPAA compliant video conferencing platform
• Complete, sign and lock clinical case notes in EMR within 48 hours of session as part of the per-session reimbursement rate.
• Maintain your personalized database to record proof of licensure, license updates, expiration dates, personal information, etc.
• Keep your availability calendar up to date
• Work with a collaborative care team including health coaches, other therapists, psychiatrists, and external care providers

Mental Health Licensed Therapist, 1099 Contractor

• Provide therapy to clients
• Manage a caseload of clients
• Ensure client satisfaction and meet their mental health goals
• Collaborate with a network of therapists
• Maintain prompt communication with clients and the BetterHelp team

Licensed Mental Health Therapist

• Provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy for eating disorders and comorbid diagnoses in a virtual clinic (i.e. telehealth) setting.
• Implement family-based treatment (FBT), enhanced cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT-E), cognitive behavioral therapy for ARFID, and other evidence-based treatments for patients across the lifespan with eating disorders and their loved ones.
• Maintain a caseload of 30-40; with the expectation being 20-26 hours of direct care and remaining time dedicated to administrative tasks.
• Participate in initial and ongoing trainings.
• Assess and diagnose mental health conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team of physicians, dietitians, patient mentors, and family mentors, along with outside providers.
• Utilize between-session messaging to support patients and communicate with the treatment team through Equip’s EMR in accordance with Equip’s policies and procedures.
• Engage and collaborate in Treatment Team meetings, supervision, and department meetings.
• Maintain licensure in home state and obtain licensure in other states as requested by Equip (licensure costs will be covered by Equip).

Licensed Therapist

• Assess client needs, develop tailored treatment plans, and provide EMDR therapy to support healing and resilience.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, maintain accurate records, and uphold a strong commitment to culturally responsive, trauma-informed care while continuing to grow professionally.
