Technical Project Manager

• Lead the planning and end-to-end execution of software development programs and projects.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leaders to define priorities, scope, and work plans.
• Manage schedules, cross-team dependencies, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
• Facilitate communication among the various areas involved and ensure timely follow-up on projects.
• Translate functional requirements into technical specifications that enable correct implementation of solutions.
• Participate in defining technical architectures and support integration and implementation efforts.
• Monitor operational metrics and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
• Document work plans, best practices, and project management standards.
• Communicate progress, risks, outcomes, and retrospectives clearly and promptly to stakeholders.

• Responsible for simultaneously directing the efforts of multiple cross-functional project teams to achieve clearly defined results within the triple constraints of time, budget and specifications for medium and high-complexity projects
• Responsible for an average of 3-6 projects as well as low-complexity programs specifically in the IT Supply Chain and Operations area
• Responsible for assembling the project team, developing the project work plan, and managing the expectations, deliverables and results of all internal and external project resources
• Includes managing outside vendors to ensure they meet contractual deliverables
• Responsible for tracking project milestones and making necessary adjustments to the project plan or resources to maintain customer commitments
• Communicates project status and risks to all project stakeholders via standardized project status reports and manages the change process for each assigned project.
