Technical Project Manager

• Responsible for simultaneously directing the efforts of multiple cross-functional project teams to achieve clearly defined results within the triple constraints of time, budget and specifications for medium and high-complexity projects
• Responsible for an average of 3-6 projects as well as low-complexity programs specifically in the IT Supply Chain and Operations area
• Responsible for assembling the project team, developing the project work plan, and managing the expectations, deliverables and results of all internal and external project resources
• Includes managing outside vendors to ensure they meet contractual deliverables
• Responsible for tracking project milestones and making necessary adjustments to the project plan or resources to maintain customer commitments
• Communicates project status and risks to all project stakeholders via standardized project status reports and manages the change process for each assigned project.

Senior IT Project Manager – Supply Chain, Operations

• Manage delivery flow in the payments area, from planning to release;
• Coordinate work between development, QA, integration teams, and stakeholders;
• Plan capacity, distribute tasks, and keep the delivery process moving;
• Work with product changes, provider integrations, routing logic, and user payment flow;
• Align priorities and adapt plans when business needs change;
• Communicate project status, timelines, risks, and estimations clearly;
• Support the delivery of complex technical projects where reliability and stable system work are important.

• Own the delivery of our largest multi-party engagement.
• Take delivery ownership of other engagements such as frontier-model red teaming engagements and government RFPs.
• Run the request for proposals (RFP) and opportunity pipeline.
• Own the red-team hiring pipeline end-to-end.
• Run daily pipeline management (candidate correspondence, scheduling, early advance/reject calls).
• Headhunt and source top talent.
• Identify bottlenecks and smooth the process.
• Help write JDs, plan and run work trials, support candidates through the experience, and assess them at the end.

Technical Project Manager – Red Team

• Lead daily standups and team coordination
• Translate requirements into clear, actionable tasks (ClickUp)
• Maintain documentation and ensure delivery timelines
• Collaborate with stakeholders across a remote, global team
• Contribute to Ruby on Rails codebase (bug fixes, improvements)
• Optimize PostgreSQL queries and data handling (JSONB)
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Own roadmap for data ingestion and processing
• Ensure accurate mapping of new data sources
• Monitor Sidekiq queues and job processing
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in data pipelines
• Maintain high-quality, client-ready outputs (especially for law firms)
