Technical Project Manager

• En tant qu’Assistant(e) Chef de projet, vous jouerez un rôle central dans la gestion et la coordination de projets variés.
• Accompagner le Chef de Projet dans la planification, le suivi et l’exécution des projets de production de contenus (vidéo, photo, rédactionnel, etc.).
• Élaborer et suivre les plannings, gérer les deadlines et assurer la bonne communication entre les différentes équipes internes et externes (créatives, techniques, commerciales).
• Participer aux réunions de suivi avec les clients et les équipes internes, préparer les comptes-rendus et assurer le suivi des actions à mener.
• Garantir la qualité des livrables en veillant au respect des exigences clients (charte graphique, ton, format).
• Effectuer une veille concurrentielle et des tendances dans le domaine de la création de contenus (formats, plateformes, technologies).

• Rédiger les user stories et définir les critères d’acceptation
• Découper les fonctionnalités en tâches exploitables par les équipes techniques

• Traduire les besoins business en langage technique compréhensible
• Animer les rituels agiles au quotidien avec une équipe offshore (5 à 6 développeurs), en anglais
• Pilotage du delivery
• Gérer et prioriser le backlog
• Participer à la planification des releases
• Suivre l’avancement des développements et assurer la visibilité pour les équipes internes
• Qualité & industrialisation
• Participer à la stratégie de tests (unitaires, intégration, end-to-end en Python)
• Suivre les déploiements via CI/CD sur différents environnements
• Contribuer à l’amélioration des processus d’industrialisation
• Utiliser des outils d’IA (Claude, Cursor) pour accélérer la spécification et la compréhension des systèmes complexes

Chef de projet technique – Confirmé – FoodTech

• Lead migration projects
• Define the technical scope of the project with the accounting firm (source software, data volume, business-specific requirements).
• Governance: Coordinate internal stakeholders (PSS, AE, PRM, Partners) and external stakeholders (accountants, the firm's IT team, ambassadors).
• Deadline management: Ensure the data cutover is completed within the allotted 5-day window.
• Hypercare: Support the client post-migration to ensure frictionless adoption.
• Quality audit: Identify and correct data anomalies upstream to minimize production failures.
• Technical point of contact (internal to Pennylane): Provide answers to accounting firms' technical needs (SSO setup, API usage…)
• Innovation (internal to Pennylane): Develop tools, scripts (Python/SQL), or documentation to automate repetitive tasks for the team.
• Scope management: Maintain project boundaries and propose alternatives for complex cases.
• Pedagogy: Translate technical issues into accessible language for accounting professionals.
• Continuous improvement (internal to Pennylane): Relay field feedback to product teams to influence the technical roadmap.

• Lead the IT Project team and drive operational excellence across projects, security, compliance, and internal tooling
• Foster a collaborative, autonomous, and high-performance culture
• Oversee the administration, security, and evolution of Pennylane’s core IT infrastructure and SaaS ecosystem
• Administer key platforms such as Okta, Cloudflare Zero Trust, Google Workspace
• Manage Identity & Access Management processes through SSO and SCIM
• Lead initiatives aimed at improving scalability, efficiency, and operational quality across the IT organization
• Play a key role in shaping AI adoption within the Security / IT department
• Ensure all IT operations remain aligned with Pennylane’s security and compliance standards
• Oversee the management and security posture of Pennylane’s IT fleet
• Manage external vendors and contribute to operational cost efficiency
• Collaborate closely with IT Support, Security Compliance, AppSec, and FinSec teams

IT Project Manager

• You will join a dynamic, close-knit team responsible for delivering the agency’s various projects.
• You will be versatile and work with different clients (in France and internationally).
• You will coordinate the creative and technical teams and act as the primary client contact.
• For each production, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the project: from brief intake to delivery.

Digital Project Manager

• Oversee implementation engagements as the Front product SME with customers throughout the customer journey including net-new customer onboardings, expansion teams, and workflow optimization engagements
• Develop project plans with timelines to ensure the successful execution of customer implementation engagements and lead customer project teams through guidance and support with clear direction to achieve project milestones and goals
• Facilitate regular project updates to both internal and external stakeholders to mitigate risk, anticipated blockers, and resolve issues that arise during implementation, working closely with internal teams and clients to find effective solutions
• Lead change management efforts by identifying potential areas of resistance and developing strategies to promote smooth transitions for clients and end-users
• Train and educate customers on the effective use of the prescribed workflow throughout the customer journey through delivering engaging training sessions, workshops and documentation as needed to ensure success and value
• Lead cut-over and migration experiences, overseeing the transition from legacy systems to Front while minimizing disruption
• Support customers in adopting Front’s AI-powered capabilities where they create clear value, and use AI thoughtfully in your own work to improve implementation quality, efficiency, and customer enablement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Infuse customer voice and insights to influence product team and roadmap, and contribute to process and operational improvements of the broader Success Services team
