• Own and manage all customer communications throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.
• Schedule and facilitate internal and kickoff calls, onboard the team and customers for project delivery.
• Create and manage the lifecycle of projects using Jira boards, ensuring all tasks are tracked and completed on time.
• Provide regular project updates to leadership, customers, and AWS sellers, ensuring all stakeholders are informed.
• Review and approve delivery team timesheets to ensure accurate billing and project tracking.

• Provide centralized ownership of timelines, dependencies, risks, and integration points.
• Ensure Agile and non-Agile teams stay aligned toward a shared go-live date and targeted business outcomes.
• Coordinate major strategic programs that require collaboration across teams and functions.
• Define program scope, objectives, and success metrics.
• Build delivery roadmaps that connect multiple workstreams and Agile teams.
• Establish clear program governance, including check-ins, executive updates, and risk reviews.
