Technical Project Manager

• Coordinate and oversee delivery activities across multiple concurrent workstreams within a dedicated customer team
• Manage Jira boards, workflows, dashboards, sprint tracking, and backlog visibility
• Ensure clear prioritization, dependency management, and alignment across engineering, product, QA, and stakeholders
• Track and report delivery metrics such as throughput, cycle time, and release progress
• Identify blockers, delivery risks, and scope changes early, and proactively drive mitigation plans
• Facilitate ceremonies and release coordination
• Help maintain predictable delivery timelines and execution quality across the team
• Work closely with customer stakeholders to ensure priorities align with business and customer needs
• Support coordination of releases, testing activities, and cross-team dependencies
• Manage communication and status reporting across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Contribute to process improvements and operational maturity within the team
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and frameworks to improve planning, reporting, documentation, coordination, and team productivity, with critical thinking and accountability for AI-generated outcomes
• Manage multiple Jira boards and workstreams simultaneously while maintaining visibility and execution quality.

Technical Project Manager – Salesforce

• Keep the team organized and moving: Coordinate meetings, ceremonies, and project logistics to ensure teams remain aligned and productive.
• Maintain communication clarity: Capture notes, decisions, and action items during client and internal meetings, and share updates promptly with stakeholders.
• Support tracking and follow-up: Monitor action items, dependencies, and deadlines, following up with the appropriate owners to maintain delivery momentum.
• Enable effective collaboration: Facilitate smooth communication between cross-functional teams (technical leads, engineers, client stakeholders), helping reduce friction and misunderstandings.
• Identify project risks and roadblocks: Proactively monitor and work with the technical team to provide solutions to keep the engagement on track.
• Promote lightweight agile practices: Support the team in using simple, effective agile habits such as ceremonies, visual boards, and feedback loops, to improve predictability and transparency.
