Technical Program Manager

• Own and deliver complex, multi‑team technology programs from planning through launch
• Build end‑to‑end program plans: goals, milestones, value slicing, roadmaps, and critical paths
• Manage cross‑team dependencies, risks, and integration boundaries proactively
• Translate business and technical goals into clear scope and measurable outcomes
• Define and track program KPIs, ensuring delivery drives business value
• Lead RAID reviews, readiness checks, and rollout reviews
• Coordinate non‑functional requirements (SLA/SLO, security, operability)
• Systematize AI usage in program execution (scenario generation, readiness testing, metrics validation, reporting)
• Drive governance mechanisms such as steering committees and decision reviews
• Communicate clearly with engineering, product, design, operations, and senior leadership
• Mentor Associate TPMs and contribute to team standards and playbooks
