Technical Program Manager

• Manage and execute high impact / innovative Development Programs from Program Initiation through General Availability
• Stage Gate Management and Oversight of Programs (This includes HW and SW)
• Ensure management reporting and Stage Gate reviews for the Program
• Overall Budget Management for the Programs
• Work with Functional Managers to ensure resources are available and assigned to the Team
• Lead the PMs/Core Team in managing and tracking program progress
• Proactive Risk Management through risk identification and development of risk mitigation plans with the Core Team
• Provide all necessary management reporting and reviews for the Program
• Recommend to Senior Functional Management the continued investment or closure of the Program based on projected business results

• Manage end-to-end programs, ensuring timely achievement of organizational goals and deliverables
• Partner with software engineering and platform engineering teams to align program requirements with technical roadmaps
• Develop comprehensive program plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to meet key milestones
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout program execution
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact program timelines or outcomes
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of program documentation and ensure process compliance
• Establish and refine processes to improve program efficiency and scalability
• Provide regular status updates to leadership on program progress, risks, and dependencies
