Technical Product Manager

• Define and influence product direction together with client stakeholders and the Product Owner
• Own and prioritize the product backlog against user value, business impact, and feasibility
• Evaluate every feature from the end-user perspective, collaborating closely with UX designer and engineering team
• Facilitate Agile processes and keep cross-functional teams aligned
• Manage releases and change processes in production environments
• Translate between technical and business stakeholders, bridging engineering depth and product strategy
• Deprioritize low-value initiatives and protect the team's focus

• Take full ownership of the product backlog for assigned PTD systems.
• Serve as the accountable System Owner for assigned applications, ensuring that systems remain fit-for-purpose.
• Operate with a solid understanding of GMP-regulated environments, ensuring product decisions meet quality standards.
• Own the testing accountability for assigned systems, coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and defect resolution.
• Act as the dedicated product owner for key scientific informatics platforms within the PTD portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with PTD scientists, TechOps leadership, RDT product teams, and MSP vendors.
• Contribute to the multi-year digital roadmap for PTD systems.

Technical Product Owner – Pharma Medicine

• Collaborate with business and functional partners and technology teams in specifying requirements, gathering product feedback as needed
• Drive technology discussion and strategy in line with business needs, including AI initiatives
• Define execution plan and approach based on project scope, expected timeline and available budget/resources
• Facilitate convergence of functional and technical knowledge
• Work with technical team often comprising of members of separate organizations to coordinate day-to-day execution as per outlined plan
• Cooperate with and manage external vendors as required
• Ensure pre-defined project management processes and practices are followed
• Drive simplification and improvement as necessary
• Support execution team with resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies
• Partner with technical and functional teams external to the project to ensure their tasks are completed as required
• Manage project risks, scope changes and other non-standard events throughout the life of the project
• Manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting
• Ensure quality of deliverables is verified and matching stakeholder expectations
• Track project outcomes realization and customer satisfaction levels through established metrics against service level
• Ensure lessons learned are collected
• Demonstrates excelling business acumen, knows latest industry trends and is looked at as an internal expert on the product as well as the associated competitive landscape
• Interacts with customers/stakeholders in requirements-gathering, fine tuning, and obtaining product feedback
• Possesses a deep understanding of the technology stack and impact on final product
• Routinely collaborates with UX in design decisions
• Conducts customer and stakeholder interviews and elaborates on personas
• Demonstrate superior persuasion and influencing skills that ensure alignment between customer, product manager and engineering teams
• Prioritizes continuously in accordance with the understanding and validation of customer problems and needs
• Mentors junior team members

Staff Technical Product Manager

• System analysis of Aristocrat Interactive cross-platform products: Backend application, Bonus and Promotion mechanisms, CRM tools, Security modules, Payments system, etc.
• Writing features, stories, and requirements documents (PRDs) based on customer needs and product strategy.
• Performing analysis and specification for integration with 3rd party systems, including definitions of APIs.
• Working inbound within a technical agile team, and with multiple departments at Aristocrat Interactive (Security, Payments, Compliance, etc.)
• Ownership across the lifecycle of features from concept through launch, and post-launch analysis & optimization phases.
• Researching and analyzing strategic and competitive information to constantly optimize the products and their performance.
