Technical Product Manager

• Explore and shape engine health concepts by investigating performance trends (gas path, vibration, oil, fuel) and connecting them to product behavior
• Do hands-on data exploration (write SQL independently, leverage available APIs, explore structured datasets, test hypotheses) before requesting engineering bandwidth
• Prototype rapidly with AI tools (e.g., Cursor, ChatGPT, Lovable) to build lightweight proofs-of-concept, simulate detection logic, and create internal analysis tools
• Partner with engineering to refine implementation approaches, align with architectural constraints, and clarify requirements with technical depth
• Improve delivery efficiency by making analytics expectations concrete earlier—so we see fewer rework cycles later

Technical Product Owner

• Collaborate with external partners to clarify requirements and generate tiered scopes for upcoming projects.
• Advise external partners and product designers on the preferred flows for new features informed by a strong understanding of the product's current software capabilities.
• Break down long and complex projects into tiered approaches with clear deliverables and accurate timelines.
• Coordinate with developer teams to ensure requirements are clear and blockers are resolved to streamline development cycles.
• Set up agile sprints with achievable goals that meet Speer's quick turnaround times for feature deployment.
• Lead agile/scrum meetings and coordinate with the product team to ensure resources are allocated as needed to meet project timelines.
• Conduct UI/UX and functionality quality assurance passes on all stages of the software development lifecycle including: ideation and wireframing, finalized designs, development milestones, final product.
• Hold weekly meetings with partners where new requirements are scoped and completed/in-progress features are shared.
• Hold feature demos in a clear, creative, and engaging manner to showcase new features to partners.
• Break down new feature requirements into clear tickets with specific requirements and all necessary details to facilitate developer handoff of tasks.
• Provide a sense of direction for the entire product delivery team and other product stakeholders.

• Responsible for equipping team with detailed requirements through product backlog to build high quality products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to take complex business problems and break them into simple, effective user stories

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Method’s Connect & Integrations surface.
• Lead product work across QuickBooks Online sync, APIs, integration workflows, and related customer experiences.
• Balance near-term customer needs with long-term platform, reliability, and ecosystem investments.
• Identify opportunities to expand Method’s integration ecosystem beyond today’s core accounting sync use cases.
• Translate company priorities into clear product bets, sequencing, and measurable outcomes.
• Define and improve metrics related to sync reliability, integration health, activation, support reduction, customer trust, API adoption, and retention.
• Explain complex technical investments in simple customer and business terms.
• Build alignment with engineering, design, support, success, sales, marketing, and leadership.
• Communicate tradeoffs, risks, decisions, and progress with clarity.
• Help internal teams understand how Connect & Integrations work contributes to activation, retention, customer trust, and long-term platform value.
• Build trust through strong judgment, high ownership, and consistent follow-through.
• Partner deeply with engineering on sync behaviour, APIs, data movement, edge cases, system contracts, reliability, scalability, and operational tooling.
• Clarify expected system behaviour before implementation begins, especially in complex technical workflows.
• Help the team make strong tradeoff decisions across customer impact, technical risk, support burden, and long-term maintainability.
• Write clear product requirements, technical product briefs, decision documents, and stakeholder updates.
• Ensure technical investments are connected to customer-visible value and business impact.
• Build a deep understanding of how SMB customers experience integrations, sync, errors, setup, troubleshooting, and recovery.
• Use customer interviews, support cases, sales feedback, product analytics, and incident patterns to identify high-value opportunities.
• Work with design to make complex technical workflows understandable and usable for non-technical customers.
• Ensure product decisions are grounded in real customer behaviour, not only internal assumptions.
• Use AI tools as a natural part of your product management workflow.
• Apply AI to accelerate research synthesis, customer feedback analysis, technical exploration, product specs, documentation, prototyping, and communication.
• Demonstrate strong judgment in how AI can improve speed, quality, and clarity without replacing product thinking.
• Help raise the standard for how Product at Method works in an AI-native environment.

• Define and communicate a clear platform product vision aligned with company goals and customer needs
• Build business cases and strategies that shape the broader Invoice Simple direction
• Own the platform roadmap and ensure delivery of measurable outcomes
• Define and track platform uptime & success metrics (e.g., adoption by product teams, time-to-market, service reliability & monitoring, SLAs, and cost efficiency)
• Align initiatives with enterprise OKRs and long-term technical strategy
• Prioritize work based on customer impact, developer leverage, and business value—not just feature output
• Establish clear, data-driven decision-making frameworks and trade-off mechanisms
• Develop deep understanding of Invoice Simple's architecture, data flows, APIs, and system constraints
• Partner with engineering to translate technical opportunities and risks into product strategy

Technical Product Manager – Invoice Simple

• Conduct a variety of research (user interviews, technology analyses, market monitoring) to identify new opportunities for value creation.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize pain points, opening new avenues for partner success and monetization.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define and evolve approaches related to fingerprinting, DOM injection, and browser behavior optimization, with constant attention to privacy, scalability, and reliability.
• Define and drive the technical strategy and roadmap for Phantom, ensuring clear alignment with cross-functional priorities and business objectives.
• Gather, analyze, and synthesize requirements from both users and internal teams (product, engineering, sales, marketing, finance, etc.).
• Establish success metrics, measure the impact of Phantom initiatives, and clearly communicate their value across the organization.
• Contribute to go-to-market initiatives in collaboration with product marketing.

Senior Technical Product Manager

• Own and manage a multi-quarter platform roadmap and backlog aligned to business outcomes and technology strategy.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into epics, features, and user stories.
• Act as a strong voice of the customer, driving value-based prioritization and active backlog management.
• Collaborate with engineering leaders, architects, SRE, and risk and regulatory partners to align priorities and manage dependencies.
• Define clear functional and non-functional requirements, including measurable success criteria such as reliability, resiliency, performance, cost-to-serve, and reduction in operational toil.
