Tech Lead

• Perform all core duties of applicable technician requirements at an exceptional level
• Coordinate with AMC Maintenance Support and Planning Departments to support field maintenance needs
• Oversee and organize shop personnel resources and workflow to meet project deadlines
• Communicate specialized shop needs to the Engineering Department
• Provide training on 145 maintenance processes and specialized shop equipment
• Report project constraints and progress updates to Maintenance Leads and Supervisors
• Mentor new employees on shop procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
• Provide employee performance feedback to the Supervisor
• Monitor, control, and order material usage in the designated shop
• Lead the individual team and act as a subject matter expert for the maintenance discipline
• Perform other duties as assigned
