System Administrator

• Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot all server hardware
• Install and troubleshoot existing and new network and server configurations
• Implement server and storage upgrades, replacements, and enhancements
• Maintain server and storage documentation and drawings
• Monitor server and storage availability and maintain uptime across all AMERISAFE networks
• Respond to service requests to diagnose and correct equipment failure and malfunctions and replace or repair equipment
• Serve as a role model for diversity and inclusion, supporting the AMERISAFE pillars
• Support Helpdesk personnel as necessary to maintain systems uptime
• Additional duties as assigned
