Support Engineer

• Ensures the supply of utilities to the site.
• Responsible for shift operations during regular and non-regular hours, and for the on-going maintenance of the building equipment.
• Provides proper operations of all building equipment, ensures maximum reliability and efficiency to maximize production and savings.
• Responsible for maintaining all documents and records regarding facility performance.
• Provides support of local and/or state authorities where appropriate.

Facilities Technical Support 2

• Provide technical support to end-users in the local language (Thai)
• Troubleshoot issues related to .NET and SQL Server–based applications
• Handle L2 escalations and coordinate with the L3/engineering team when required
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests
• Document fixes, maintain knowledge base, and share best practices with the team
