Tier 1 Autoline Sales Support Analyst – Dutch Speaking

• Working both independently and as a team, in a fast-paced environment, directly with our customers
• Managing inbound support emails, chats, and phone calls, as well as outgoing customer calls
• Providing articulate, high-quality support to customers by helping resolve support questions, identifying and reporting on trends and educating on best practices
• Collaborating with teams across different departments
• Software tools and systems you’ll use daily: Outreach, GSuite, Zendesk, Slack, Salesforce, Twilio

Technical Support Engineer – Afternoon/Evening Shift

• Set up and configure our complex B2B product with advanced functional logic (similar to Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.);
• Conduct demo calls to understand client business needs and deliver compelling product presentations;
• Develop and lead client training sessions to ensure strong adoption and effective product usage;
• Troubleshoot technical issues, including API requests, data flows, and integrations;
• Act as a trusted advisor by proactively managing the client journey and ensuring long-term success;
• Manage a portfolio of accounts, focusing on retention and identifying growth opportunities;
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to resolve complex technical challenges;
• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers through clear and proactive communication.

Technical Support Engineer, Fluent English

• Handle customer inquiries from 5 PM to 2 AM CET via chat and email
• Solve both business and technical issues
• Process customer questions and other internal notifications daily
• Use Apify Console, Intercom, and Slack as main tools
• Maintain customer satisfaction and response timeliness
• Expand support coverage to American timezones as Apify grows
• Provide only written support with no phone support or on-site visits
• Participate in other projects related to automation, AI in Support, and building knowledge in Help Center

Support Engineer – Afternoon/Night Shifts

• Handle customer inquiries during typical working hours (8 AM to 5 PM CET)
• Solve both business and technical issues via chat and email
• Master our web scraping platform
• Process customer questions and internal notifications every day
• Use main tools like Apify Console, Intercom, and Slack
• Address business topics such as subscription plans, invoices, and Apify features
• Help with technical aspects like integrations and coding help with Apify API/SDK
