Support Engineer

• As part of our 3rd Level Support, you serve as the central contact for particularly complex technical issues.
• You support our 2nd Level Support, which interacts directly with our customers.
• You analyze and resolve issues that could not be fixed in earlier support tiers.
• This includes in-depth investigation of system behavior, log files and relevant configurations.
• You act as an internal subject-matter expert and assist 2nd Level Support with thorough analyses, guidance and proposed solutions.
• You evaluate incidents and requests from operational activities and hand them over in a structured way to the Core Products team for further implementation.
• Jira is used to manage and prioritize requests.
