• Input, maintain, and continuously improve sales forecasts for multiple product categories using advanced Excel models (Pivot Tables, Power Query, complex formulas such as MATCH, INDEX, IF)
• Analyze SKU performance and provide optimization recommendations
• Evaluate historical sales data and trends to enhance forecast accuracy
• Create, maintain, and develop Excel tools and reports for demand tracking and performance monitoring
• Collaborate with Sales Teams to consult on and prepare demand plans

Senior Demand Planner

• Conducting and facilitating Monozukuri workshops at our clients' and suppliers' locations – gathering information, coordinating facilitators, and identifying supply chain optimization levers for logistics, packaging, and inbound flows
• Owning end-to-end action plan delivery — structuring, prioritizing and executing improvement initiatives while preparing business cases for governance bodies to secure validation and investment approval
• Managing the industrialization of synchronous flows, designing and implementing long synchronous flows through to full handover to plant logistics, ensuring operational readiness in serial production conditions
• Acting as the GSC project representative, coordinating with suppliers, logistics providers, procurement and plant teams to ensure logistics costs are aligned with project targets
• Driving Supplier Value Optimization (VO) portfolios by actively challenging suppliers to generate continuous cost-saving ideas, while consolidating and maintaining a structured pipeline of improvement opportunities

Supply Chain Manager Consultant

• Own and maintain all Supply Chain SOPs, ensuring they are clear, up-to-date, and consistently applied
• Design and implement new processes across sourcing, logistics, and warehouse operations
• Drive standardization of workflows to improve efficiency and scalability
• Define and implement Supply Chain KPIs aligned with business priorities
• Build and manage dashboards tracking performance across logistics, sourcing, inventory, and warehouse operations
• Act as the key owner of Cin7 Core for Supply Chain
• Partner with the VP Supply Chain to track and manage supply chain costs
• Support the development and execution of the inventory management strategy
• Coordinate key supply chain projects and initiatives.

Supply Chain PMO

• Ensure optimal order scheduling and on-time fulfilment.
• Support avoidance of disconnects along the integrated planning process and fulfilment.
• Improve shortage and supplies sales risk management via tool-supported central steering.
• Responsible for order validation and confirmation, sales order processing, and logistic project management for complex customer orders.
• Drive and executes the allocation process and shares information towards stakeholders.

Supply Chain Delivery Planner

• Lead and optimize end‑to‑end supply chain operations, from sourcing and procurement through inventory and logistics
• Take full accountability for supply chain performance, results, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives and long‑term growth plans
• Own and maintain key supply chain processes, KPIs, policies, and governance frameworks
• Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and performance to ensure quality, cost, delivery, and compliance
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration between procurement, manufacturing, quality, engineering, and finance
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics; identify gaps and drive improvement initiatives
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate supply chain risks; develop contingency and business continuity plans
• Optimize inventory levels to balance service levels, working capital, and cost efficiency
• Drive cost‑reduction initiatives through strategic sourcing, negotiation, and process optimization
• Lead and develop a high‑performing supply chain team; provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback
• Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives using Lean / Six Sigma methodologies
• Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements
• Leverage supply chain systems, analytics, and digital tools to improve visibility, automation, and decision‑making

Supply Chain Manager

• Partner with SCT work stream SMEs, GPOs, the Systems Integrator and Business Integrators to support identification of training needs, knowledge assets and other process documentation requirements
• Work with GSK People Capability colleagues to support analysis of existing process documentation and training courses
• Collaborate with SMEs, GPOs, System and Business integrator to develop documentation and training materials
• Support development of training programmes for demand and supply planning personas
• Publish and manage knowledge resources on the GSK knowledge platforms
• Deliver process, OMP solution trainings as a part of the deployment of OMP
• Provide on job support and coaching for planning personas post go live
• Support the Program delivery governance by generating status reports related to training
• Continuously improve training approach and assets.
