Senior Manager, Strategic Supply Chain

• Support key initiatives across procurement, logistics, inventory management, and operations.
• Analyze supply chain data (spend, inventory, freight, supplier performance)
• Develop dashboards and reports using Excel or BI tools
• Identify trends, risks, and cost-saving opportunities
• Assist with supplier research and benchmarking
• Support RFQ/RFP processes (data collection, bid analysis, comparisons)
• Help track contract compliance and supplier performance metrics
• Support freight and logistics analysis (cost, service levels, carrier performance)

Global Supply Chain Intern

• Uses analytical and quantitative methods to understand, predict, and enhance supply chain processes.

• Monitors supply chain systems including the ERP system, Sourcing & Contracting System and Supplier Management systems.
• Proactively analyzes data sets in support of business requirements and to identify areas of supply chain operations to improve efficiency.
• Investigates complex problems, finds root causes, and develops solutions.
• Responsible for predetermined systems administration support: documentation, user training, upgrade coordination.
• Serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the systems assigned.
• Independently executes predetermined scripts as part of testing plans associated supply chain system upgrades.
• Assists with change management associated with system and/or process changes.
• Assists in the development and delivery of training materials related to systems and processes.
• Develops ad-hoc and regular supply chain related reports and analysis for Business Partners, stakeholders, peers and management.
• Produces and distributes pre-determined reporting: Supply Chain Metrics Scorecards, SRM Scorecards, Savings Reports, Spend Reports, Contract Reports and Compliance Reports.

Analyst, Supply Chain Strategy, Performance

• Analyze reagent/analyzer contracts for renegotiation leverage and conversion opportunities
• Evaluate analyzer platform consolidation across 6 CHSLI hospitals
• Review reference laboratory contracts (send-out testing, esoteric testing, genetics)
• Assess blood bank utilization, product wastage, crossmatch ratios
• Conduct POCT program reviews for consolidation and vendor standardization
• Work with Lab Directors, Pathologists, Medical Directors, and Technical Supervisors

Laboratory Supply Chain Manager

• Provides leadership oversight for all SCM related matters for customer(s).
• Advises the supply chain management process for customers.
• Works cross functionally to optimize Design for supply chain performance.
• Responsible for customer interface from SCM including relationship management.
